Paper Fundamentals Party Loot boxes.
I am so happy to be back to my very neglected blog. I really have been suffering from a spate of too much “day job” and too little mojo but there’s nothing like a new Close to My Heart Annual Ideas book and the launch of a brand new Cricut Cartridge (SQUEEEEALLLL for Flower Market) to get the creative juices flowing!
Sadly, with the launch of the new products comes the retirement of a few old favourites and the time has come to wave goodbye to a few faithful companions. THREE of our much loved Cricut Collections, and all their coordinating stamps sets are retiring. We are waving goodbye to Art Philosophy, Artiste and Artfully Sent. Both Art Philosophy and Artiste are two of my ALL time favourite Cricut Cartridges EVER…and I own well over 100!
Artiste is my go to Party decor / gift box cartridge and when it comes to making boxes I adore using our paper fundamentals for making gift boxes. The 100lb weight is further strengthened by the glossy resist pattern on one side making it perfect for these treat boxes I made for Sophie’s birthday celebrations on Monday.
Sophie picked her own Colours to suit each friend and wanted the bold pattern on the outside and the coordinating embossed resist for the label. The font I have used is from the Artbooking Cricut Collection. I love how this one welds together so beautifully. Gold glitter paper ( also retiring) off cut backing really makes the names shine out! The box is from the Artiste Cricut collection and the label from Art Philosophy Cricut Collection. Both of these collections are retiring at the end of this month so get ‘em while you can!
